Your 2-hour ticket slot indicates the time you are able to use the ball pit and, for our VIP customers, your time in the VIP area. During this time, you can go in and out of the pits as many times as you like! Of course, if you’d like to arrive before your VIP or general admission booking or stay for the whole night then you’re more than welcome to stay in the main bar area.

Our Bottomless Brunch tickets get you allocated access to the ball pits, 90 minutes of unlimited fizz, Pornstar Martinis and pizza and 2 hours of banging beats to keep the party going. Bottomless booze and food create about as much mess as you’d expect, so our sessions are strictly 2 hours just to give us a chance to tidy up (and to make sure you don’t overcook it with the alcohol).

We understand that delays happen. We will hold your table for 15 minutes from the start of your ticket time. If you have not arrived after 15 minutes, you will be marked as a ‘no’ show and we reserve the right to reclaim your table.

On Fridays and Saturdays, your 2-hour ticket slot indicates the time you are able to use the ball pit whilst our Sunday through Thursday ballers are entitled to all-night ball pit access. During this time, you can go in and out of the pits as many times as you like!

The 2-hour reserved seating period still applies across the week and indicates your time in the booth with your group. Of course, if you’d like to arrive before your booking time or stay for the whole night then you’re more than welcome to.
