Have fun but please observe the following rules:
Hand sanitiser must be used before entering the ball pits.
No jumping.
No diving.
Thereâs a hard floor underneath the ballsâwatch out for changing depths.
Hold the handrail on your way in and out of the balls.
Any aggressive behaviour will have you removed from the venue.
Last but not least, we suggest that you keep your belongings safe in the cloakroom as itâs all too easy to lose belongings in those pesky balls.
Although we will always try to reunite you with your items, the venue does not take responsibility for any lost or stolen items.
