Our refund/transfer policy is as follows:

General Admission Baller tickets:

Up to 7 days in advance: We are able to refund or amend tickets.

Between 7 days and 48 hours before your booking: We can offer a reschedule, but no refund.

Post 48 hours: No refund or reschedule. If you book your ticket less than 48 hours before the event date the booking is non-amendable and non-refundable.

Reserved Seating and Bottomless Brunch tickets:

Up to 7 days in advance: We can refund or transfer tickets.

Post 7 days’ notice: Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. If you booked your ticket less than 7 days before the event date the booking is non-amendable and non-refundable.

Corporate Bookings and Private Events:

Please note that our sales team will agree on bespoke terms & conditions according to your bespoke booking.

Please note, once a new date has been set, the refund terms & conditions of your booking remain that it is not eligible for a monetary refund.

In the event of forced closure by the government due to COVID-19 restrictions or for those who receive last-minute confirmation of COVID-19 diagnosis or possible COVID-19 contact, your booking will not be eligible for a monetary refund. However, we would like to offer a compromise of customers being able to reschedule to a future date of your choosing.
