We accept original versions (not photocopies or pictures) of a photo driver’s licence or passport (UK or foreign). Please note we do not accept PASS cards, citizen cards or the YOTI app.

Our venues are only for grown-ups so everybody needs to be 18+ and provide a valid photo ID to get in, no matter how old you think you look. If anyone in your group does not have one of the below forms of ID we cannot allow them to enter the venue and they will not receive a refund for anybody in the group. No I.D. no entry.

If you realise you don't have the accepted form of ID after you've bought your tickets, please do get in touch with our team and we will reschedule your tickets to a different date.
